Post Front Bumper

New to forum. I have a 98 f-150 XLT, in need of a front bumper. Too new to find at a junk- yard.Can anyone tell me what other model years will fit??? Thanks...

As far as I know, the only ford issue bumper that will fit your 1998 truck is a '97 or '98. Most of the '99s have a new design...somebody correct me if I'm wrong.

You're right Swamp Rat. The 99 and newer grills dip down in the center and the bumper contours around this. The ones on the 97 and 98s are flat on top. You can however put a 99 or newer front clip on a 97 or 98. There are some people on the baords here who have done this. You should be able to find 97/98 bumpers in junk yards now.
