Front grill
I want to take my front stock grill and paint black to match my truck. The grey really ruins the effect I have going of having a fully black truck. I was wondering if anyone can tell me how to remove it and what type of paint should i use to make it look glossy.
I feel your pain. I was wanting to do the same thing. Mine is white though. I also want to paint my front bumper.
I know how to take the grill off though. You have to take off the turn signals (they are held on by 1 screw each under the hood and just pull right out)and remove the black plastic piece under the hood that covers the fan. As for paint I have no idea.
P.S. Do not use spray paint it will chip right off.

BALONEY!!!!
This is a relativly easy mod/upgrade to do
Search this site for "grill replacement" or "stock grille replacement" or "painting grill" and I am sure you will find mine and others step by step instructions to do this. I painted mine (myself) and have gotten compliments from many - including two dealers and one independant body shop. I wish I had a digital camera to show you -- or better yet come to Missouri and I'll show you in person -- and have a cold beer while we are looking.
Trust me --it ain't hard -- just take your time and don't force anything !!
