Question Fiberglass topper?

The aluminum topper that came with my used f-150 just got pelted in a hail storm. I am a poor college kid so I had liability on my insurance so the topper wasn't covered. I want to get a reliable fiberglass topper that has a good locking door. I will buy this new, but I don't have a place that sells them nearby, before I go on a road trip to get one, how much should I expect to pay, with just a good locking door, tinted glass, and obviously fiberglass body.

I got a good one from Century for 895$ that came painted to match (had to order but took about 3 weeks) and contoured for the FORD late-style truck body, etc. Not the most secure latching arrangement......there are better (dual vs, my center **** one). Lund, etc. etc. make good caps. I found mid-high style to be great; not too tall and not too short. Expect to pay ~800-1500 for a good one, a lot more if you go with curved automotive-style rear/side glass instead of the flat or if you get a wedge style with all sorts of top and side little windows with screens. My side windows are tinted and I opted for the flip-up ones that the dealer said very few go for but I find indispensible for camping (you can reach the front of the bed without climbing in, but I had to make my own velcro type screens for when I have to actually sleep in it!)
Hope this helps!
