going to mount grab bars on the exterior of the truck and have a question. I'm using s/s for screws and s/s for the bars, mounting vertical just behind door and at mid-upper window level.

Any advise about what worked best or bad experience (screws don't hold, rust)? Bent the sheet medal or what-ever you got?
