My 2002 f150 is still in good shape other then the seatbelts slow spooling.

Is there anything i can do to prevent the rust? I wash my truck every so often and I try to after a snow fall cause of the salt we use here in WI. Any preventative maintainance tips you guys can give?

and whats the deal about the door cracks? any way to lessen the probability?


If i still have the extended warranty can i get that weak seatbelt replaced?

 

I think by 2002 the crack problem was rectified.
