Twisted Frame

This is a question to any of you body-shop guys. I bought this truck from my father-in-law and really have enjoyed it. The thing that bothers me is the "lean" when you look at the rear from a few feet away. I put it on the alignment rack and took some measurements. From the frame down to the rack, the right rear is about an inch higher than the left rear. On the front its the opposite. So my conclusion is the frame is twisted. Are these easy to fix, or should I say can they be fixed? I've heard that they can't be repaired.

Well one day while nothing much was going on, I decided to swap the leaf springs with each other. No difference. It was after that when I decided to take close measurements while I had it on the alignment rack.
