Post what is this thing?

Ok, right in front of my front passenger side seat, on the floor there is a bolt or screw or something... I have no clue what it is.. it turns fairly easily by hand tho. Anyone know what it is?

First to mind would be the Jack Storage bolt. Is it under the seat?

The bolt for the jack is about an inch long, right at the end of the floor mat, and points up towards the airbag. That is the only thing that I can think of being there.

In my defense, the jack is missing, so all I saw was a bolt.
