There is a bill that just got passed here in Missouri change the legal height for lifted vehicles. I just bought my truck that has a 15 inch lift on it. The rules here are based on GVW and my truck was previously unaffected by the rules. With the new rules, my bumpers are now above the legal height. Instead of lowering the whole truck I was wondering if anyone knew where I could find some sort of drop bumpers that would be lower than my stock ones. Either ones to replaec the stock bumpers or ones that go underneath them would be acceptable for me. The way the new rules read, I just have to measure from level ground to the highest point on the bottom of my bumper. Can't be more than 29 inches in the front and 31 inches in the rear. Right now the truck is about 36-37 inches in the front and 40 inches in the rear. PLEASE HELP!!

 

Hmmmm, I could have some fun with that. It wouldn't be pretty but that's the way I do things. I saw a truck a few weeks ago driving down the road with a major lift. The bumper on this thing looked like a snow shovel but it was quite clearly a bumper.
