Question painted air dam

any one have one? i want to get mine painted to match the truck. does any one know if i have to use a special type of spray adhesive , or primer that will allow the plastic to flex without crackin the paint? for anyone who has it done , how is it holding up and did you notice any cracking or anything like that with it? i really want to get it done , becasue i think it looks great. thakns in advance for any help. 99SS

Click the link to check it out. Any good body shop will paint it with flex agent in it to keep it from cracking etc. I had mine on so far for about a year now and it's still nice looking.

Where's Cableguy? Didn't he paint many of the plastic parts?

As far as I know Cableguy did not paint his painted he had put a new bumper cover put on that look alot like the ones on the L's. he does have the plastic under the hood all painted and he did all that work himself. I was going to have mine painted and the body shop I use told me that because I drive a lot of hiway miles and the salt and sand they use here in MN that I would have to get it redone almost every spring, so something to think about..

where did you get those rocker panels?
they look great.

MN99F150-1,
Any ideas on what brands the bumper covers are? I like the ones that look thinner, like the one on the red truck (Cableguy's?). Then again, being lowered might only make it looks thinner.
