rear window ?

Slider window has been broke out , I just recieved a used window from my locl ford buddy free!!!!! and Im seeing that the slider bracket can be taken apart . Is there an easy way to pop the old window out far enough to put the slider in or do i have to pull the whole thing out?

I'm think you have to remove the whole thing but not sure about it.

Here is a thread where they go into detail on how to fix a leaking rear slider, and goes in detail on the removal of the unit.

I'd recommend pulling the whole thing out so that you can make sure you get the seal back in properly. Further, I doubt it'd be possible as the window is mounted on the posts that I mentioned in my post (cited above). I don't think you'd be able to 'half-way' push it out as it has to come straight back and out.
