2004 F150 Grill

I have a 04 F150 XLT with the honeycomb grill which I would like to change out to the other stock grill with the vertical and horizontal rails. Does anyone know if the 2 styles are interchangeable without any modifications?

All the different models are interchangable. Ten bolts and the whiole grille comes off.

Very easy to do. If you are looking for a new grill I have seen several on E-bay.

Are you referring to the bar style grille from FX4 model? Did you get it yet? if not, I am willing to trade with your honeycomb style. Let me know.

I'm just razzing him, having a little fun. As much as i favor the honeycomb grilleall the grilles have their own personality. Actually
there's somebody on here ( i'm having a brain freeze right now so
i forget who it is ) who has combined the billet look while keeping the fx4 look,by putting the billet behind,it looks awesome.

Carriage works has the 6 individual bolt overs for the FX4 grill. I had changed my grill out to an XLT, but may go back to the FX4 with the Carriage Works inserts. These really look good.
