Door panels

Can anyone tell me how to remove the inside door panels on the extended cab doors on my 2001 F150?
Someone dented my door and I want to see if I can pop the dent back out.

Go check the Muth signal mirror site. They have instructions for replacing the mirror glass and it requires removing the door panels.
