Shell recommendation

I am considering a cab-high shell for my 03 S/C. Looking at the offerings from Snug-top, Leer, etc.
Is there a consensus on the best quality brand?

I have a Raider Cap, vagabon model for my Supercrew. It fits over the black caps on the side rails and has 2 latches on the rear door. There site is www.raider.ca

I know people with Leer that have no complaints. I have a Leer tonneau that is a solid performer. I abuse it (including standing on it) and the structure has remained unwarped for 4 years. The colour has also held (too bad the truck paint has faded).

Of course, this is the tonneau not the cap but I think it's indicative of their quality.

Other on this board are very happy with ARE caps and tonneaus.

I got a Leer on my screw, and I love it; mostly because it has a lower lip that covers the bed rails and gives it a stream-lined look. The colour match and fit are excellent.
I also prefer a single handle, but my dealer said that dual handles are more secure. (model 100)

I have a Leer 100R for my truck, which is OK, but to be totally honest, I bought it from a Fedco dealer, and I wish i saved $400 and went with the Fedco cap that is poured from the same friggen mold. I mean I like the cap and all, but little things about really bug the hell out of me. For example the little POS battery light that comes with it is a total joke, when it does work it is so dim its a joke, the tap lights I bought 3 for $5 work about 10 times better. One of the main reasons I did go with the Leer over the Fedco was because I heard the window hardware was better. I cant see how Fedco's could be any worst, upon picking it up ojne of the widoors locks was not working, and I had to have another one ordered I mean like I said I like it, but WTF for $1200 you would thing you would get quality all around, not insulted by a Made in China POS $1.29 light, or poor quality control.

But anyway which ever cap you do go with some things that may be important are: Windoors, which will make the from of the cap acessable. Or the front slider widow which we let you get from cab to cap......
