Cool COOL Headlight trick!

I have an idea for a headlight and signal mod.
I recently bought my clear front signals and
being me,that wasn't good enough. I masked off
the whole outside surface of the headlight and
signal up to 1/2 to 1/4 inch from where the
edges break over and go into the grill shell.
I then scuffed and painted the outside edges
of both parts semi flat black. Man what a neat
effect, something like the new mustang. It also makes the front end more finished looking
,ie:the rough edges inside the h/l and sig.
don't show any more. You could also be creative and put designs on them, but mine look pretty good like they are now. have fun
with it either way/looks really cool.cya

doin the monochromatic boogie on the front end.

1. Register at http://www.zing.com/ or http://www.photopoint.com

2. Upload your pictures into your area.

3. Copy the image location of your picture (do a right mouse click on the picture, go to properties, highlight the address, right click copy the address).

4. Post a reply and paste that address into your message with after the address (without any spaces.)

Good luck.

odds are, your in violation of the transportion code. From what i'm reading, but i'll wait for the pics to be sure. Most importantly, make sure the correct colors and bulbs can be clearly seen.
I'll pull my TXTC and look it up if you're interested.

Exclamation

probably not, I only painted the outer 1/4"
to 1/2" of the front surface of the parts. I
doubt if any coppers would notice unless
they bent down and looked at it from about two feet away. actually the part covered by the paint doesn't transmit light
,it's only the part where the glue edges are. thanks for the concern,98

If you have it on xing, keep clicking on it until it opens on a seperate browser window at full size. Copy the address at the top.
You need to put img in brackets [] before the address and /img in brackets after the address. No spaces. Good luck

Something is wrong with the url.

http://www.driveway.com/web/fileProp...wnload/vapp02-

He's obviously doing everything else correctly, otherwise we wouldn't see the following graphic on our screen! You know, the two squares with the red X in the center?

So, it's gotta be the url that's wrong.
