twisted bumper help!!

I got an 96 bronco (same thing as the f150 i belive). I got a twisted rear bumper. How can I go about straightening this up? Can I heat it without discoloring it??

please help out with suggestions

yeah-heat it up with whatever it is you got,give it a "twist" the opposite direction, and enter it in the next art opppening you attend.

GO TO THE JUNKYARD!!!! GET ANUTHER ONE!
