Can anyone confirm an F150 tailgate will fit an F250 Super Duty? Thanks!

 

I cant confirm it, but they sure do look the same.

 

I think the SD is wider. My neighbor was going to give me his truck cap off his 250 and we thought it would fit my 99 F-150 with the full width bed... uhhh no! I found out the hard way. The bed was longer and wider. The cap didn't even come close to a near fit, so I do believe that the tailgate is different. Stop by a dealer on the way home and do a quick measurement. If the sales guy asks what you’re doing, say... I'm trying to see if the monster will fit in my garage
