ok guys,

first this is my veryfirst post, as i became the owner of an 03 supercab fx4 last week. i bought it with 35K on the clock, and it is already rigged out for towing and has a rhino liner installed. so far, i have put about 300 miles on it, and i am pleased with it. not to 'cause a flame war, but i sure hope i can get 250K out of this one like i did my old chevy!

anyway, i want to put a toolbox on my truck, 'cause they are handy as, well, a third hand. i am going to go with a uws, 'cause there is a dealer in town here that sprays the interior with line-x for free if you buy his box. i think it is a good deal..out the the door for about $250.

ok, my question. i have heard that there may have been problems with the bed rails failing once you cram 150 lbs of assorted junk in your box. has anyone else heard this? is there a kit out there to reinforce the rails? am i smoking crack?

any information would sure be great.
