Thumbs down Front Bumper Help

I was just in an accident destroying my front end. How do you remove the front bumper? Any help is appreciated.

I believe there are 6 metal extensions that attach the bumper to the frame. I was in a fender bender about three years ago and had to get a new chrome part (valance and painted portion were undamaged) and one extension, as I only bent one. If you get under the truck you should be able to see them. Disconnect them one at a time and have something to brace the bumper, its heavy.

Wink

Thanks for the help. It took the removal of 8 bolts and the bumper came right off. Some were a pain in the neck to get to but it only yook about half an hour. Now the decision is what to replace all the parts with. Stock or aftermarket?
