I have a 5 1/2 ft. box....I need help finding a lightweight hard bed cover that can be painted to match the truck's arizona beige clearcoat metallic? I dont want an electrical one, and I don't want just a tonneau cover. But I can't seem to find one. Can someone please let me know what brand and model to check out??

 

I bought the Astro-Cap from a local dealer for my 03 Screw. It came paintmatched and installed for $750. I think it weighs about 85-90 lbs.
I got the full wrap style that covers the bed rails, if you got the flat style it may be a bit lighter. Not sure how light-weight your looking for. This company LTSportcover sells an aluminum one they say is 68 lbs.
It's also paintmatched at their factory. I didn't order theirs though because I was afraid that such a large item would be damaged in shipping and I didn't want the hassle. If you get it from a local dealer they will have to make sure it's right before you write them a check.
