Does anyone out there know how I can get my mirrors back to there original black shine (96 sport type with a chrome front)I have been useing Mothers Back to Black but that does not seem to work much anymore, also is there an easier way to clean the body trim it does not seem to want to come clean, and its white to so it really shows

 

Hey, are you trying to clean the chrome on the mirrors? I use the same stuff I use to clean my windows (tinted) that I do to clean the mirrors and all of the chrome on my truck. The trim is white because you got wax on it. I do not know of any way to get the white off, you can cover it up using Black Magic Tire Wet or Armoral, or something that claims to make your tires blacker and shiny, I use Armoral on all of my trim, tires and interior then I use the window cleaner on windows and all chrome, it is easier to only have 2 bottles. I am a freak about cleaning my truck I do it everyday :-)

Im not trying to clean the chrom its the black mirror houseing that Im trying to get back to looking good, also its not wax on the body trim, they are white with chrom down the middle
