The paint on the hood of my truck is bubbling up. Looking inside it's even worse. Cab mounts as well. I have a friend with an f-150 4x4 and a Lightning with similar problems. Ford has offered to replace the hood and to pay half, which is unacceptable to me. This is a Ford problem, not mine.
Is there anyone else out there with similar problems, of the home phone of a Ford executive that I can call?

 

It just isn't a common problem. I can probably count the number of poor paint job threads on one hand. What color is it?

 

mine is white, rust will show up real good!
A friend has 2 trucks, both silver with similar problems. they want me to pay 1/2. that would be ok if i was half responsiable for the failure.
I'm getting no where with my local rep.
Does someone know a regional service rep i can call?
