My 99 F-250 LD 4x4 didn't come with running boards. I really want the factory running boards that are black and have four hangers (listed at $350 on sticker). They are currently on some 2000 F-150s and I've seen them on some '99s. I've talked to two Ford parts departments and they said I couldn't order those (even tho Ford puts them on their vehicles). Any ideas how I can find those, new or used? Thanks

PS, I don't like the Westins or other versions.

I ordered Ford boards from the friendly Ford Parts dude. They had several different styles available. They should have a catalog for you to look through.
