Problems with 99' F-150 !
I'm having problems with the side view mirrors, there too dark(looks like carbon fiber) to see clearly. I'ts a 99' F-150 Lariat, Does anyone else have this problem, and is it under warranty? Any help will be appreciated, thanks

I have read where others with the singal mirrors were having the glass seperate from the silver coat on the back.
This made the mirror look as if it had a tint to it.
I don't know if you are the origional owner of the truck or not, but someone said that the origional owner got replacements.
I don't for sure this info myself, but I did have an after market set of Muth mirrors have a similar problem after about 18 months, and Muth replaced them for me. I keep forgetting to send them back for about 60 days now
