What is the door crack problem?
I saw on a post below the picture. It was kinda hard to see, but it looks like the sheet metal is actually tearing? Is it tearing at a weld seam, or is it a high stress area that's ripping the sheet metal. Does this problem exist on all extended cab trucks, including the 2000's?
Thanks

It is the sheet metal that is tore. It is caused by rolling your windows up and down, and putting the stress on the sheet metal. Yes even the 2000 have the problem.

It is on the main door, possibly on both the driver and passenger side..regular cab and supercab both.
There were no design changes that are known for the 2000s..so it is a possibility...
