Does anyone else have a problem with having to slam the extended cab doors to get them to shut tight?

Noticed this after just normal shutting and grabbing the door, only to find that it's not completely shut.

If anyone has experienced this, please tell me the fix if there was one.
I hate the thought of taking it to the dealer and having them "rip and gouge" on my doors.

 

Take it to the dealer and tell the service advisor,"your customer concern is rear doors are hard to close".have your strikers and/or the doors adjusted to open and close like they should. It is an easy warranty job. Gouges and scratches are not allowed. Take the vehicle in clean and inspect it when you pick it up.
