I have a '98 F-150 supercab, and yes my driver's side door had the now infamous crack. I bought the truck in Nov. '99 from a dealer in South Dakota (only had 9,500 mi. on it). After seeing your web site, I took it to a local dealership in Fremont, NE and asked them about the crack. They immediately scheduled an appointment (no hassle, no fuss, no muss, and no charge) with their body shop. They had the truck for 3 days, replaced the door and painted the truck from the front fender to the rear of the cab. It looks great!! Thank you F-156 online. I have learned alot from your site.
PS: Don't forget to ask the dealer about recalls. They also fixed the lug-nut problem for me.
