Need harness and kit info

I've got a new CD/MP3 player comming in next week. It's a single DIN. Looks like I need a Metra 99-5804. Can anyone confirm this application. Also, I can't seem to locate, with any confidence, the harness part number. Can someone help with the harness p/n? The new stereo is Jensen 3510.

Thanks

Go to circuit city and buy a metra dash kit and get the wiring harness. If you get them from circuit city you will not have to fool with crimping and wires. The new cd player i am getting all i have to do is plug my old units wire in a special connector which allows me to plug it directly into my new head unit. I hope this helps. It cost about 40 dollars for everything, but it should be alot easier to install.

Stay away from the Metra kit, they suck.

Get a Scosche adaptor kit, they are much better, trust me I had a Metra kit, and replaced it with the scosche.

Thanks Don's Bolt, I'll try a scosche. Unfortunately I already bought a Metra. What a piece of junk. One of the flimsy barbed plastic keepers broke off during installation. Also, the screw holes were not wide enough to fit over the climate control panel so I had to mod them with a dremmel. I expect the whole thing to pop out first time I hit a good bump.
