How much do i need? ft²
Depends if you are doing more than one layer.
About 18 sq.ft on the cab wall, if you remove the carpet and seats there's around 30 sq.ft on the floor, about 3-4 sq.ft in each front door and 2 or so in the rear doors. If you do under the headliner on the roof that's about the same as the floor but maybe 3-4 sq.ft less.
So just under 60 sq.ft if you don't do the roof. That's if you cover absolutely everything.
I haven't done it yet... just going by rough measurements.

I just finished doing a supercab and I used just at 100sq ft for 1 layer with 2 on the rear lower wall near the floor. This is covering the back wall, floor all the way up under dash and the front and rear doors with about 1 inch of overlap between pieces.
I had about 1- 1 1/2 sq ft of wasted material left max from cutting for better fit in corners etc. This is for one good layer, but with a second layer you will use less(I did). Since the Suoercrew is a little bigger inside and rear doors are it will take a little more to do.
Hope this helps.
I ended up with 2 layers on everything and put extra padding under the carpet and its a lot more quite than it used to be. No more road noise or cab vibrations that I heard before. Now I have to track down the wind noises I didnt hear before.

Ascii,
I used RAAMat60. It can be found at http://www.raamaudio.com I used the 60 series (62.5 sq ft rolls) but they also have a orig at 50 sq ft rolls. It sticks really nice and has little to no smell after installed. I actually took a heat gun to a spot and got it real hot for awhile and it stayed put with no oozing or loosining of the adhesive. I was afraid of this on the back wall. The 60 is the same thickness as the Brown Bread and it was quicker for me to get and with the discount cheaper for more sq ft.
I was able to get in on a group buy on another car forum so I got it dirt cheap.
