CD changer question?
I have a 2000 f-150 with premium sound and a cd changer. I'm getting a new head unit and changer. My roomate has a 2001 f-250 with a factorysingle cd/cassette player. Can he hook up my changer to his his HU? if yes do you hit the cd button twice to get to the changer? Thanks.
