Question what is the auto set button on factory head unit?

I was on Crutchfield site and was asked if my stereo had 'auto set button'. Anybody know what that is?

I think the autoset button automatically sets your presets for the strongest channels in your area.

Crutchfield uses that question to determine if you have the "Premium" system. The Premium has the auto-set button.
