Don't know much about stereo equipment, but a local electronics place is closing down and they
are trying to sell me these components.

Visonik Sub - 300W $120
Visonik Amp v2208 - 300W $130

Is this good or is this not a deal?

I'm running the stock H/U and don't want to change it.
