As I said earlier that my Ford Radio with a 6 CD changer full of discs says no CDs when I try playing a CD. U keep sending me a video where a CD is jammed. That is not the issue. The issue is that the stereo sends a message that there are NO CDs in the radio.

 

Put the unit into shipping mode by turning the radio on, press and hold the "SCAN" button and preset 1 until the display reads "PLEASE WAIT".... this should last for about two seconds after which the display should read "IN SHIPPING MODE" for three seconds. Then disconnect the battery and plug it back in.

See if that resets it.
