2 weird sounds after install

2 weird sounds after install
I just installed my system, everything is great with that, however I seem to be able to hear the motor a lot more in the cab, not in a good way. Then when i accelerate i hear a weird sound shaking around. Ideas?

... when i accelerate, a weird shaking sound. then also it sounds "windy" out of my right foot well, but only when i accelerate. it's like i can hear the motor like i do when im outide of the tuck, inside.
