Backup camera?

http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_...sen-JCAM1.html

was thinking of getting that, and adding it to my Jensen VM9022. Is there any other hookups besides the RCA? Do you run a remote? Power, Ground? What all is in there? Thanks

youll run the rca, then connect it to power and ground. most people wire it up to the reverse light in the tail light, but i have mine connected to accessory power so that the camera can be viewed while the vehicle is in forward. on my pioneer nav, i can view the camera while driving, to keep tabs on the trailer or whatever.
just connect the reverse lead to the radio so that it automatically switches to b/u cam when youre in reverse.

So it's not a terribly big deal.. I need to order one up, have a feeling it'll make a huge deal when backing up!

They're a pretty easy hook up as noted. And if you ever hook up a trailer your life will change forever. Greatest thing since sliced bread. You won't be sorry.

I hooked mine up to the reverse wire to the tranny. I can still view the cam when I'm in forward.
