Cool Flip Screen Navigation Systems

I am doing some customizing to my 1997 F150. Has anyone installed a flip screen nav system? The systems I have found say that they may hit the dash and I was just wondering if that is the case.

Skip the flip, go straight to double din. Not sure but can't it fit with a little bit of trimming on the top edge?

yetti, its more then a lil bit of trimming, especially on the older trucks. Check out metras website and look at the 95-5818. It will give you instructions on what all had to be cut in the dash to make the double din fit.

I had a pioneer AVIC-N3 for almost 3 years before she died. And full backward tilt, yes, it would hit the top of the dash. however the screen angle is adjustable, so that was an easy fix.
