Not much progress, but its progress.

Should have all the wood cut for my box tommorrow. I made a deal with the local cabinet shop guy, www.woodvisions.net.

Im putting a radio in his wifes car, and hes cutting all the peices to my new box. Bish should look like a pre-fab when its done.

I just thought of a quick question that I don't think has came up, but why did you choose the double Ds?

Oh and it's getting even more ridic'lous... quickly..

Sounds like a plan. I got a show up around Tally July 17th that I will be at, so itll be done before then, for sure.

Hopefully Ill have it playing by the 12th-13th.

I let the records speak for themselves. DD has been proven time and time again, and I felt it was time to bring some "underground" audio to this area, nothing but Kicker Comps and JL's around here.

Plus I did a good bit of research, and found that the 2500 Series from DD was probably the PERFECT 4th order bandpass sub.

It gets low, and will play high, it has alot of bandwidth and isnt really punchy.

Plus being a dealer, it was hard to beat for the price.

Oh I know that they're a good sub, no doubt about it.

I can understand about going for the lesser knowns. Around here everyone's big on Pioneer, Kicker, and a few lost souls buying Sony from Walmart when one of the best shops in the area runs dedicated Memphis, they do incredible things with single 12s, so you can tell how wonderful this part of NW GA is for setups. I've become a rather big fan of Incriminator here lately though, especially their Warden series.

Glad you found what worked best for you.

Can't wait to see the completion of all this

I have nothing bad to say about IA, some of my friends have switched over lately.

You fimilar with Neill Barber ? Audio Extremes? He is in Thomasville, GA. Thats where my show is on July 17th.

You should try to make it down to check the truck out!

The only thing I have read on the Wardens is that there isnt as much Neo as they lead you to believe. But I dont know for sure, but it would explain to major price diff in neo between DD and IA, but who cares, if it preforms, it preforms.

The name sounds familiar but I'm not sure if I've met him or heard his stuff, then again, he's almost on the border.

As for trying to make it to the show, as much as I'd love to, I'm all the way north of Atlanta, and I've got plans with my girl to be up in Alpharetta and around there.
Maybe if you ever come a little farther north...

As for the neo on them, I can't say for positive for not but they are still pretty beastly from what I've heard and seen and it's impressed me the most. So what I'm thinking is once I build a quick hold over system for my truck, I'm gonna hold on to enough dough to start a build with two or maybe three of their 21" Wardens if I have about enough room for the box.
