Hey everyone,

I've got a '04 SCREW, and I'm having a problem with static over the radio whenever I have something plugged into the 12v outlets on the dash (outlet and lighter outlet both).

The signal is good otherwise, so I don't think it's a loose connection, but has anyone else had this problem? Everything looks stock, but I don't know if the previous owner changed anything or not. Any advise on what to look for?

 

Isolate the ground from your headunit. Those dash components should all share a common ground, and thats probably where your interference is coming from.
