Ordered my 5902 today!!!!

http://www.viper.com/P-5902V/Viper-5...e-Start-System

Along with a window automation system for the fronts. Already have a battery backup and a few piezo sirens and will be picking up a PKALL for the immobilizer. Will probablly do the install once I get my new acetoned cluster and the LED's to do it. Might dynamat the firewall while ive got the dash ripped out.

So basically it is a newer version of the 5901. Prettier remote and color is cool. I hope your discount was good. MSRP of 799 just seems outrageous. So you got 2 530t's?

Why would you dynamat the firewall? Also, it'll be nice to actually see what levels there are. I know level 1 in the f mode will tell me the temp outside. For the Window Module, can you crack your windows instead of just fully open them?

Just one 530. Im gonna see if I like em, then go from there and add rears if I want to.

And yes, my discount was substantial. Only stipulation is that it gets installed by a certified installer...and what do ya know, thats me!

To keep engine noise/heat out of the cab. I intend to, piece by piece, dynamat the entire cab. I love this truck, im gonna keep her as long as I can, whether it be as a daily driver, or turn into a fun rig once im out of college and can afford something newer.

Ive never played with the 530t yet, but I believe it has two different levels for crack and fully down.

Hey SunDevil...... I'm an ASU alum, graduated a bunch of years ago. I wouldn't mind checking out that alarm out once you get it installed. Let me know if that would be possible. I live in north Phoenix, but work in south Scottsdale.

Just wondering how the install went? I just odered a 5902 the other day and planning on doing the install myself. I currently have a 871xp python so I should know where a few of the wires go lol. I've tried to search for an install guide but have had no luck. You happen to come across one?

Looks nearly identical to my Clifford 590.2X. I've been very happy with mine.

It's easy to forget about charging the OLED remote but luckily you can do it with a USB cable and even charge it off a PC or laptop.
