What do I have to do to get a factory cd/cassette radio installed into the dash of my 99 f-150.

 

Go to your dealer....2001 F150 can be ordered
with that unit....they should be able to order the dash unit for you

Getting the radio is not the problem.
Getting to fit is.
The cd/cas combo is too big and won't slide back far enough to latch. I don't want to cut any parts inside the dash if I don't have to, it may cause the dash to rattle and squeek. Do you think I could swap the inside of the dash with a 2001 dash.
