Any cd changer that comes with an FM modulator will work with the stock system. They also usually include their own controls.

After a little research, I find I was confused. It is my wifes van that has controls for a changer in the reciever, not my truck. That brings me back to a more generic changer with wire remote, etc.
Thanks

Post Which changer works with OEM controls

I am sure this has been answered so forgive me. Is there a CD changer that is compatible with the controls for the OEM radio cassette deck in my 99 F-150. The labels are on the deck for cd function so I am assuming there must be an open harness in the back of the deck.

Looking for a relatively inexpensive model less than $200 would be nice.
