Smile '01 AM/FM/CD work in my '97?

I'm sure it's been discussed a gazillion times before, but my computer/connection at home is too slow to search through all the old topics. Anyway, I was wondering if somebody could tell me real quick if the stock AM/FM with single CD will plug into my '97 harness ok. Mine has the blue lights whereas this one I'm wondering about has green. But the color doesn't really matter to me. I just want to know if it will all hook up ok. I've got the AM/FM Cassette w/out changer control, in an early '97 F-150. Thanks!

Question

Ok I see that they have different connections. Does anyone know if I can buy an adaptor to hook this up?

You can buy adapter wiring harnesses from:

www.radiosandmore.com

They don't have them listed on their website, but you can call their toll free number and tell them what you're trying to do.
