Cool Hey Red97

Man, that is a sweet system! I don't want to get that radical. I just want to get a nice head unit and put better speakers in the doors. I'm sure it will sound better than stock. I want to go with Kenwood reciever and CD player.

I have a question for you: I noticed that in your install, you put some 6 1/2 inch speakers in your front doors. I have some 6 1/2 inch Pioneer two ways, will they fit in my front doors like yours did?

By the way, I have a 98 F150 SC, silver.

Cool

Taxman,
One of the best systems on the market is the Eclipse system like I installed in my 93. They are not cheap, but accoustically, they blow the competition away. They feature ESN and a three year full theft. I wouldnt say this, but my first head was stolen. After all the windows were replaced, and I called, I had a new deck in about 3 days, no questions asked. You can check out the models on the net by searching for Eclipse by Fujisutu-Ten. I put 4- 4" round Eclipse speackers in the doors (nothing bigger would fit), and the sound was terrific. Latter added a Kicker Impulse amp and single Kicker Solobaric 10" behind the seat, and with 50% throttle, a quarter will dance wildly off the hood. The sound is perfect. I have had the guys at the sound shop take a listen and they are even amazed. Clarion, Sony, Kenwood, move over, because Eclipse is setting the pace. These systems are electronically tracked, you cant buy them but at an authorized dealer. This is part of the theft system. Checkem out at www.eclipse-web.com
