Question FORD EXPLORER SOUND SYSTEM

anyone have a FORD EXPLORER 98 + WITH MACH AUDIO?

does anyone know if the ford mach audio systems come with a tweeter.. I know some of the other ford cars with mach audio come with little tweeter holders near the dash, anyone know if the explorer comes with these ? the standard system comes with just 4 speakers in the doors.

thanks

I haven't seen a Exploder with tweeters, but they will carry an upgraded speaker system in the "premium" and "mach" systems. Biggest difference in a Explorer with Mach is the subwoofer, IIRC.

The 98 Explorer with Mach system does have tweeters. They are bunded with the mid range speaker in the front doors. The front doors have 2 way speakers (tweeter and midrange) rear doors usually have full range speakers and the sub in the back makes for 7 speakers total.
