97 ext cab seat lift

97 ext cab seat lift

hi i know its been asked a lot of times but i've searched and didnt find anyone that did a seat lift in my kind of truck that was on recently that i could ask. i know i can make it myself just need to know what materials i need and there is also the bracket that seats under the seat towards the driver does that get removed( stupid ? im sure. thanks

Ive yet to mess with the seat lift on that truck but head over to LMIWelding.com and poke around there. Wish I could help more...

I installed a seat lift on my '01. I was HIGHLY disappointed at the fit for the price that I paid. The instructions were horrible, holes didn't line up correctly, and the middle of the bench sags a little now because of the middle support not lining up correctly.

Granted they are the only people that I know of that make a seat lift for the F150's, I would either try constructing your own or finding another company that does them.

i im gonna make my own but just wanted to see what other 97 guys did for the back 2 bolts and the center support, yea i heard those lifts did work that well
