okay i think i have it figured out, i just need another glovebox door. my plan is to cut a rectangle hole in the glovebox door that is the size of the ps2's front, then it will slide into that spot and stick out a lil bit, then i will glass it all in so it looks super clean. i think if i do it this way the glovebox will still open like normal and if it does then i plan to make two controller holders one on either side of the ps2. that is the reason i want a second glovebox door that way i can hack it up. also if i ever want to take the ps2 out then i have my original door to take it back to stock. sound doable??

Sounds doable to me. Just make sure there is adequate air space for the ps2 to breathe. Also you might want to get a small piece of foam for the ps2 to sit on. I had problems with my ps2 vibrating and moving around until I got the foam. Fab it up and lets see some pics.

do they make a mini ps2? i remember them making a mini ps. that would be alot easier to get to fit. and im sure they arent to expensive anymore. i was thinking about putting my 360 in my truck but i cant think of anywhere to mount it. and definently dont want it to get stolen.

yes they make a mini ps2 now but they kinda suck because they are a top load instead of a drawer load. plus I don't wanna go buy another one I jus have one layin round the house not gettin used so I figured I'd put it in my truck. if this works out as nice as I think it will for my ps2 then you could do it with your 360!

A buddy I work with took apart an xbox and put it in the glovebox of his Jetta. Looked pretty cool.

If you need a fan, we sell lil fans at work for computers that light up with a blue LED. Would be pretty easy to mount up in the glovebox.
