Check with Crutchfield. They can probably help you.

I'm not to familiar with Ford's premium system, but you can pull the head unit to check and see if there might be a plug for a CD changer. If not, you can use an RF Modulated CD Changer. This takes the signal and broadcasts it as an FM "station" to your radio. It has a small control panel that you can mount were you'd like to control CD changer function. Although these units are quite flexible, broadcasting does make it lose some sound quality.

Yes you can add a Ford factory CD changer to your truck. You will need the factory CD changer and a wire harness. The wireharness does not plug directly to the radio, it goes in between the vehicle harness and the radio. Then there is a long pigtail for the changer.

You can call Royal Radio in Royal Oak Michigan and they can get you the harness (they are a Ford service center, call information for the number). Make sure you tell them the model year of your truck.

Then the CD button on the radio will switch between the in dash player and the changer.
