FM modulator cd changer
Hey guys,
I know it is not the best way to go, but truck is on a lease and will probably turn it back in for another one. Have factory cassette but no changer controls. Was wondering if anyone has installed the fm modulator typr cd changer? Is it satisfactory? Saw in truckin' where they installed a Kenwood in a Ranger that looked pretty cool. Remote control and all. I figure the technology has improved on these since the first generation. Again, I know it's not the best way to go but looks like it might be best solution for me.

I installed an Audiovox 10 disk changer in mine underneath the back seat and am very happy with it. The unit rarely skips, and there is no interference from the FM antenna because the modulator disconnects it when you play a CD. The remote control is wired, but that doesn't bother me. Best of all it was only $150 at the local BJ's wholesale club.
