complete system upgrade

well here we go, tell me what you think and/or where i could improve on this without breaking the bank ($800) :

Head unit i already have (panisonic cq-c7303u )

Components for front : Alpine type S 5x7s : $117 shipped

Mid bass for rear : Kicker SSMB6 6.5" : $100 shipped

4 channel amp : HIFONICS TXi4406 TITAN : $125 shipped

mono amp : HIFONICS BRUTUS BXi1206D 1200W : $200 shipped

subwoofers : RE audio RE12 12"s ( 2 of them) : $200 shipped

total : $742

Wiring, thinking 4 gauge to both amps, but im not sure

anything to change?

You might wanna go ahead and add another $200ish to that. Unless you already have the wires and the box, you're gonna have to come out of more than $800. But that looks like a pretty good setup to me.
