Removing Factory cd player

Is there a special tool out there to remove the factory cd player from my truck? It has those four holes in the front to depress.

remove plastic panel by pulling off, no tools, disconnect air bag light, unscrew 4 bolts around outside of radio, disconnect wires and antenna on back.
