System Upgrade Help
I am going to be upgrading my system in two steps in the next 3-4 months. I'm in a 2004 Ford F-150 FX4 SuperCrew. Please feel free to provide any and all feedback on this setup. If there are better products/methods, I would love to know. Aside from the items in the current setup, the Germs and the MD22, I have not purchased the rest yet. Sorry for all the detail. I figured the more I provided the better.

Big 3 Upgrade 1/0 gauge from knukonceptz ANL fuse holder item #FH-20 with the 250 Amp ANL Fuse Item # ANL250. 5 Gold Plated 1/0 Ring Terminal - Black Item # RT1/0516BK
Upgrade Stinger SPD813 to KonFUSED 3 Way Distribution System
Run 4 Gauge Power from Battery In, use the 4 Gauge out to the MD22 and the 8 Guage out to the Kicker.
I need to figure out the fuse configuration for this. It accepts three fuses from 30A to 150A per circuit.
Replace Speaker Wire from Amps to all Speakers. 10 Gauge all the way around. Not decided on brand/model yet. Recommendations are welcome.

Would not spend another penny on rear fill, you already have them upgraded and what you need from the rear will never justify another change. A second battery would only be a second load on the alt, good quality singe bat will do more for you. My preference is the SVR batteries from westco. I might consider a monster 3 channel or 5 channel with the 4 chans bridged to 2, if you like a strong front stage (rockford 25tolife power 1000) or if you like more bass a monster 4 channel running 3 channel with 2 channels bridged to the sub. Since your only talking about a singe sub and a normal front stage one of those combos might save you some cash in the long run and drastically simplify your install. 1 power 1 ground no dist blocks etc. All that money saved can get you into a bigger amp. For head units I would consider the alpine or an eclipse avn 6600. The 6600 has the best ipod control of all the eclipses out there, and the preamp is 5volts.

My pvc sheet on my rockford power 1000 is 299 @ 2 ohms x2 and 911 mono on the sub channel. I think 250-350 for the fronts is great, now you just need room for a sub amp. As far as the jl handling one of the new amps your looking at, I wouldn't be that concerned. With all the power you will have on tap you certainly will be spending time with gain adjustments and with that much power on the fronts the sub would be the last speaker to worry about.
